Self-Care & Wellness for Clients

I offer a weekly wellness and self-care group practice on Wednesday @ 12pm PST. Sessions are free to clients, family and friends. Session last 20 minutes.

Wellness Wednesday sessions are hosted via CrowdCast and I am the only person who is featured on camera. These sessions are not group therapy and participants do not interact with one another. You can choose to comment in the chat area. 

I started these group wellness seminars as a way to offer consistent wellness practice outside of client's regular weekly session. In therapy, I try to emphasize wellness practices, which might include breathing strategies and mindfulness practices such as moment-to-moment awareness and observing emotions, as appose to reacting to them.
