Jessica Klein, LCSW, Psychotherapist

ABOUT ME
I am a psychotherapist, educator and subject-matter expert. I provide high quality individual and couple psychotherapy. With over 16 years of experience, I have a passion and expertise in treating trauma, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I use a mind body approach grounded in interpersonal neurobiology and based on mindfulness, somatic interventions, Emotionally Focused Therapy and evidence-based psychotherapy tools. My practice is also deeply influenced by Attachment Theory and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
I love my work and know that good psychotherapy can be life changing. I find it incredibly rewarding to help shift client's lives through unblocking old patterns, changing relationships for the better and healing from the past.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and licensed to practice psychotherapy in the states of Oregon and California and currently provide virtual therapy in both states.
I received my Bachelor of Arts from Smith College and earned my Master of Social Welfare from UCLA. I have engaged in extensive post graduate training and held the position of Lecturer at the USC graduate school of social work for 5 years.
