Through Mindwise Therapy, I provide high quality individual and couple psychotherapy. With 20 years of experience, I have a passion and expertise in treating trauma, depression, anxiety and working with couples. I use a mind body approach grounded in interpersonal neurobiology and based on mindfulness, somatic interventions, Emotionally Focused Therapy and evidence-based psychotherapy tools.

I love my work and know that good psychotherapy can be life changing. I find it incredibly rewarding to help shift client's lives through unblocking old patterns, changing relationships for the better and healing from the past. 

I received my Bachelor of Arts from Smith College and earned my Master of Social Welfare from UCLA in 2005. I have engaged in extensive post graduate training and held the position of Lecturer at the USC graduate school of social work for over 5 years.
