MY APPROACH
I am an interactive therapist who will engage to find unique tools and solutions for what is arising. In other words, I will not “just sit there and listen,” but rather, will dive into the work with you and explore avenues for positive change. In session, we'll address the patterns that aren't working and help you break these cycles and unblock what is needed for growth and healing. My style is relational and empathic, using a nonjudgmental perspective to help understand the concerns arising to shift toward affecting the change needed.
